On Tuesday, Aaron Judge homered and the Yankees won, providing New York fans the two things they want out of every game. The Yankees opened up their first series of the week by beating the Texas Rangers, 5-2, in a game that saw Judge tack on the insurance runs to keep pace in the MLB home run race.
To add to the Yankees’ 3-0 lead, Judge sent the first pitch he saw of his final at-bat of the night out of the ballpark. Judge’s two-run shot only traveled 326 feet, but was sent just over right field fence.
