When setting up your custom training plan with TrainerRoad, you can preset which day(s) of the week you want to do an unstructured Group/Solo Ride. These options allow you to preserve the flexibility of real-world riding while still contributing meaningfully to your training load.

🚴‍♂️ Make Changes On The Go

Even after your plan is built, TrainerRoad makes it easy to swap out scheduled workouts for Group or Solo Rides directly in your Calendar by right clicking on them.

Or you can make any changes to recurring workouts through the Edit Weekly Schedule if you’d like your rides to be Indoor, Outdoor, Group/Solo Ride or a Zwift Race. You can also adjust the duration of each day’s workout and drag-and-drop each workout to any day of the week.
