– Huskies to Face Boston College in Doubleheader at Mohegan Sun –
SPRINGFIELD, MASS. – The Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced the matchups for the second annual Basketball Hall of Fame Exhibition Event. The NCAA waiver-approved doubleheader will feature UConn’s men’s and women’s basketball teams against Boston College on October 13 at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
The event will mark the first appearance for the UConn women’s team since capturing their 12th national championship in April. UConn’s men’s team returns to the event after headlining the first edition last October vs. Rhode Island.
“This year’s showcase is especially exciting as it brings together both the men’s and women’s teams from two prominent New England programs—UConn and Boston College,” said John L. Doleva, President and CEO of the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame. “Taking place over a holiday weekend, it’s a great chance for fans to enjoy high-level basketball and regional pride at Mohegan Sun.”

Tickets for the 2025 Basketball Hall of Fame Exhibition Game will go on sale on Friday, August 1, via Ticketmaster and at the Mohegan Sun Arena Box Office starting Saturday, August 2.
