Prakash Amritraj will dig deeper interviewing tennis stars in a new Prakash in Primetime mini-series on Tennis Channel.
Prakash in Primetime will air at 10 p.m. Eastern time June 5-8th on Tennis Channel.
The hour-long discussions will feature luminaries like Hall of Famer Jim Courier and coach Patrick Mouratoglou – Roland-Garros champions as a player and coach, respectively – and current and past tennis stars.
Amritraj is at Roland-Garros as part of Tennis Channel’s two-week coverage of the year’s second major. Since the opening day of play in Paris, he’s interviewed guests at the network’s tournament desk, an assignment he carries out around the world throughout the year. Amritraj is widely regarded as one of TC’s most insightful interviewers.
“It’s been such a privilege to speak to the biggest names in our sport over the past several years,” said Amritraj. “But to be able to dig deeper and mine more diamonds from all these amazing minds and personalities, I feel will be a tremendous treat for the viewers and there will hopefully be takeaways that can enrich their lives as well.
“I’m so thrilled to be able to partner with Tennis Channel to bring Prakash in Primetime to the world.”
Among the revelations viewers will see on Prakash in Primetime: current tennis power couple Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa deep dive into the origins of their romance, while major-winning coach Mouratoglou outlines the championship mindset which separates the greats from the rest of the field.
