Lightweight contender Paddy Pimblett picked up the biggest win of his career on Saturday, dominating former title challenger Michael Chandler in the UFC 314 co-main event.
Pimblett dominated Chandler at Kaseya Center in Miami, Fla. in shocking fashion. Pimblett bloodied and battered Chandler before scoring a TKO finish in the third round. After the fight, Pimblett was doing a backstage interview when he and welterweight Colby Covington engaged in a heated verbal exchange.

During the UFC 314 Post-Fight Press Conference, Pimblett was asked about the backstage altercation with ‘Chaos.’
“Mr. Irrelevant trying to stay relevant. The f*cking whooper,” Pimblett said. “He just come over and started talking sh*t because he seen there was a camera. He come over and started to say, ‘You fight scrubs.’ He said something about Chandler being 2-4 or something. Isn’t he (Covington) 2-4 in his last six? Something like that.
“He’s an absolute bum, lad. He’s nearly 40. He’s trying to stay relevant by jumping on me while there’s a camera there. Well, not jumping on me, just talking sh*t. I saw him at Power Slap the other week. I walked past him staring at him. He just looked at the floor like the little p***y boy that he is. When there’s a camera there he tries to say something.”
