Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NFL. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Seattle Seahawks fans and fans across the country. Sign up here to participate in the weekly emailed surveys.
It’s time for another edition of Seahawks Reacts!
It’s NFL Draft week and anyone who is sick of mock drafts must be feeling elated that Thursday is almost here. We’re only doing one question leading up to the draft—there will be a separate survey after Seattle makes its first-round pick on Thursday night—and it’s centered around quantity, not quality.
The Seahawks currently have 10 draft picks at their disposal. Five picks are in the top 100, something no other team has more of. There’s already a report that the Seahawks are looking to trade down from No. 18, which could mean a 1-for-1 pick swap but usually is more complex than that.
Last season the Seahawks had seven picks and ended up with eight. In 2021 they famously entered draft week with only four picks and ended up with three. Some drafts you end up with more picks than planned, others you end up reducing the number (usually involving trades up).
Will the Seahawks end the draft with 10 picks, or will they have a different number? And if they stay with 10 picks, will there be trades made that still result in 10 selections?
Vote in the survey below!
Check back on draft day for the results of the survey, and uh… wait until Saturday afternoon for the actual results of Seattle’s picks accumulation!
