Tyson Fury had two brothers competing earlier tonight (Fri., May 9, 2025) from inside MTK Arena in Budapest, Hungary, but only one walked off with a finish and it’s not the one you would have expected.
Tommy Fury, who is the only fighter to hold a win over Jake Paul and KSI inside of the boxing ring, was back in action Friday night in a headlining act against a relatively unknown fighter in Kenan Hanjalic. The popular Fury did his thing in the main event with a unanimous decision win, but it wasn’t enough to outdo what his other brother, Roman Fury, did on the undercard.
Much like his brother Tommy, Roman Fury possesses an undefeated record inside of the boxing ring. The 28-year-old Fury came into Friday night at 4-0 and was matched up against an unknown Bosnian fighter, Josip Pehar. Once again the odds were stacked in the Fury’s favor as Roman was expected to walk through his adversary.
Fortunately for Fury, there was no upset in store for his family on Friday night. Instead, the up-and-coming Fury delivered a blistering TKO finish after scoring multiple knockdowns. Pehar had no idea what was coming his way and couldn’t stomach it anymore. The victory pushes Fury’s undefeated pro record to 5-0 and sets him up for an even bigger matchup moving forward.
