The Miami Dolphins have all but one draft pick signed and that is G Jonah Savaiinaea. The Dolphins selected him in the second round and that may be the cause of the hold up. The Houston Texans recently signed their second round selection WR Jayden Higgins and gave him a fully guaranteed rookie contact. Now that is something that has not been done before and you can bet agents are going to start pushing for that.
