Top Rank Boxing continue to expand on its impressive ever-growing stable of fighters, with acquisitions such as Rohan Polanco, Julius Ballo and Yan Santana. The promotional giant has now announced their latest signing with southpaw phenom Emmanuel Chance joining on a multi-year promotional contract.

Bob Arum Praises Emmanuel Chance
The 18-year-old will make his Top Rank debut on the undercard of Mikaela Mayer-Sandy Ryan II undercard at BleauLive Theater at Fontainebleau Las Vegas on March 29. He will take part in a four-round bout in the bantamweight division.
The New Jersey native will be managed by James Prince and co-promoted by Antonio Leonard. Bob Arum has reacted to the Chance signing: “Emmanuel is an exceptional talent who has already accomplished so much. His style is suited to the professional ranks,” said Top Rank Chairman Bob Arum. “I look forward to watching his professional debut, the first fight in a journey that I believe will include multiple world championships.”

Chance himself has spoken out on the deal: “I am grateful and excited for the opportunity to showcase my skills. This didn’t hit me until I visited the Top Rank offices and took everything in. So many legendary fighters have started their careers with Top Rank, and I want to follow in their footsteps,” said the 18-year-old.
Emmanuel Chance Achievements
Chance enjoyed an impressive amateur career, which saw him dominate national amateur tournaments. During his amateur stint, he worked out alongside fellow New Jersey native Shakur Stevenson, which would have given him invaluable experience.

He won the USA Boxing Junior National Championships in 2021 and the USA Boxing Youth National Championships the following year. 2023 saw Chance navigate his way through a stacked field to win the gold medal at the Brandenburg Youth Cup in Lindow, Germany. Cementing his status as a world-class amateur, he won a silver medal at the U19 World Boxing Championships in Pueblo, Colorado. His amateur performances, alongside the expert guidance from Top Rank, should ensure we should see a lot more of the talented 18-year-old in 2025 and beyond.
