Jason Licht has gotten the Bucs into a position where they’ve made the postseason five seasons in a row, won a Super Bowl and have also won four division titles. No team in the NFC has made the postseason that many years consecutively at the current moment than the Bucs. He’s been so important to the sustainability of the organization.
