Damian Lillard exited Game 4 of the Milwaukee Bucks’ first round series against the Indiana Pacers in the first quarter with a potentially severe non-contact lower left leg injury. Lillard stayed down on the floor for several moments and needed to be helped off the floor as he couldn’t put weight on his left leg. Chris Haynes reports that the initial fear is that Lillard suffered a left Achilles tear.
Lillard recently returned from a deep vein thrombosis to play in the playoffs.Â
During the 23-24 season, Lillard dealt with an Achilles issue that forced him to miss the end of the Bucks’ playoff run.
