NASHVILLE, TN — The 2025 PFL World Championship Tournament heats up as the first Semifinal event touches down at the Nashville Municipal Auditorium, featuring pivotal matchups in the Welterweight and Featherweight divisions.
In the main event, former Bellator welterweight champion Jason Jackson (19-5) takes on undefeated powerhouse Thad Jean (9-0). Jean has been one of the breakout stars of the season, but he faces his toughest test yet in Jackson, a seasoned veteran with a reputation for grinding out tough fights.
The co-main event will see a trilogy fight between reigning PFL Featherweight World Champion Jesus Pinedo (24-6-1) and Gabriel Braga (16-2). With each fighter holding a win over the other, this rubber match will determine who punches their ticket to the Featherweight Finals.
Elsewhere in the Welterweight bracket, Logan Storley (17-3), representing South Dakota, squares off against Japan’s Masayuki Kikuiri (11-2-1) in a stylistic clash that could produce fireworks. Both are looking to make their first appearance in a PFL final.
Kicking off the main card, 2021 Featherweight Champion Movlid Khaybulaev (22-0-1) will put his undefeated record on the line against surging South Korean striker Taekyun Kim (11-1). Khaybulaev’s wrestling dominance will be tested against Kim’s dynamic stand-up arsenal.
