Portugal face neighbours Spain as they each look to become the first team to win the Nations League twice.

The two sides from the Iberian peninsula meet at the Allianz Arena in Munich after each coming through compelling last-four matches.

Portugal came from behind to see off Germany 2-1, while Spain beat France 5-4 in a nine-goal thriller that should live long in the memory.

But they have each elected to switch things up from the teams that started those respective games.

Portugal team news

Roberto Martinez has rewarded the star of their comeback against Germany with a place in the starting XI.

Francisco Conceicao dazzled off the bench in the semi-final, scoring a wondrous equaliser and proving a constant menace as Portugal turned the game on its head.

He comes in for Francisco Trincao, taking his place in the front three alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Pedro Neto.

Vitinha also excelled after coming off the bench, and the Paris Saint-Germain midfielder comes in for Ruben Neves in the Portugal engine room.

Portugal: Diogo Costa; Joao Neves, Dias, Inacio, Nuno Mendes; Bernardo Silva, Vitinha, Fernandes; Conceicao, Ronaldo, Neto.

Substitutes: Dalot, Jota, Goncalves, Felix, Leao, Mora, Ruben Neves, Palhinha, Ramos, Sa, Semedo, Antonio Silva, Rui Silva, Trincao, Veiga.

Spain team news

Spain boss Luis de la Fuente makes two changes from the epic semi-final win over France.

Oscar Mingueza comes in at right-back in place of Pedro Porro.

Mikel Merino was on target against Les Bleus, but the Arsenal midfielder also drops out of the side.

PSG’s Fabian Ruiz takes his place, setting the stage for a battle with club teammate Vitinha on the same pitch on which they won the Champions League together just over a week ago.

Spain: Unai Simon; Mingueza, Le Normand, Huijsen, Cucurella; Zubimendi, Fabian Ruiz, Pedri; Yamal, Williams, Oyarzabal.

Substitutes: Baena, Cubarsi, Gavi, Grimaldo, Isco, Lopez. Merino, Morata, Olmo, Pino, Porro, Raya, Remiro, Samu, Vivian.
