2025 has already delivered some memorable bouts, with plenty more still to come. Many of these fights are set to take place at unique and iconic venues across the continent. We bring you the top European boxing venues in 2025, locations that are not only historic but also relevant and deserving of hosting some of the year’s biggest boxing events. These active top European boxing venues will host memorable fights that are sure to attract many to the boxing betting scene.

Top European Boxing Venues in 2025

1. Wembley Stadium

Wembley Stadium has hosted some of the most memorable fights in boxing history, both in its original form and as the new Wembley. In 1963, Muhammad Ali faced Henry Cooper in a legendary bout, while the modern stadium is remembered for hosting the explosive 2014 rematch between Carl Froch and George Groves.

In 2025, Wembley will once again welcome a massive crowd as Oleksandr Usyk and Daniel Dubois collide for the undisputed heavyweight championship. The historic fight is scheduled for July 19, 2025.

2. York Hall

When discussing top boxing venues in Europe, the iconic York Hall in London stands out for its historic role in developing world-class talent. Since hosting its first professional bout in the 1940s, York Hall has seen a long line of future champions pass through its doors. Fighters such as David Haye, Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua all had early-career bouts at this legendary venue.

The next card in Bethnal Green will take place on June 7, with cruiserweight Clifford Francis making his professional debut against Phil Williams.

3. Manchester Arena

The Manchester Arena has hosted a plethora of memorable fights, including Joe Calzaghe vs. Jeff Lacy, Oleksandr Usyk vs. Tony Bellew and Carl Froch vs. George Groves 1, among many others.

It remains a key venue on the boxing calendar, and on July 5, 2025, Harlem Eubank vs Jack Catterall will headline a Matchroom Boxing card at the arena. With a rich history and a strong schedule ahead, Manchester Arena continues to play a vital part in the European boxing scene.

4. OVO Hydro Arena

The OVO Hydro Arena in Glasing is known for delivering an electric atmosphere during boxing events. While Josh Taylor vs Jack Catterall 1 may not have been a classic in the ring, the crowd made it a memorable occasion. Back when it was still called the SSE Hydro, the venue hosted Naoya Inoue, who delivered a dominant second-round knockout against Emmanuel Rodriguez.

More recently, the arena staged an impressive Queensberry Promotions card headlined by Josh Taylor vs Ekow Essuman. In what was a career-best performance, Essuman silenced the partisan crowd with a unanimous decision victory. The Glasgow venue is sure to continue hosting major boxing events in the years to come.

5. Adidas Arena

Taking fifth place on our list is Adidas Arena, a venue that only opened on February 11, 2024. While currently home to Paris Basketball, the arena is a multi-purpose facility and served as a key venue during the 2024 Paris Olympics.

More recently, it hosted Tony Yoka vs Arslan Yallyev, where Yoka secured a unanimous decision victory, his third win in a row. With momentum building, could this new venue become a home for Yoka as he rebuilds his career? It seems likely the Adidas Arena will host more big fights in the future.
