Jacksonville, FL – Bare Knuckle Boxing made its return to the Prime Osborn Convention Center on Saturday, May 31, 2025, with BKB 41: Brawl in Duval II, delivering an action-packed night of knockouts, upsets, and title drama.

Main Event: Jarod Grant Claims Interim Lightweight Title

Jarod Grant was crowned BKB Interim Lightweight Champion after outpointing Jorge Bargallo, a last-minute replacement, by unanimous decision. In what was widely considered one of the most entertaining bare-knuckle bouts of the year, Grant showcased skill and toughness over five hard rounds. With the win, he becomes the mandatory challenger to reigning champion Julio Tanori, who is currently sidelined due to injury.

Co-Main Event: Rolando Dy Shines in TKO Victory

In a highly anticipated matchup of second-generation fighters, Rolando Dy dropped Robert Duran Jr. twice in the third round, scoring a TKO at the round’s end. Dy’s explosiveness and finishing instincts made a statement in his return to the Trigon.

Featured Fights & Highlights

Yampier Ramirez moved to 3-0 with a unanimous decision over former champ Brandon Birr in what was named Fight of the Night. Ramirez now has his eyes set on a featherweight title shot.

Former heavyweight champion DJ Linderman made a successful return, earning a unanimous decision over veteran Jamal Woods.

Rising women’s star Lalaine Mota stayed undefeated and earned her first BKB win with a first-round TKO over former champion Monica Medina, showing aggression and power from the opening bell.

Joshua Sikes defeated Rusty Crowder by unanimous decision, adding another solid performance to his record.

Tommy Aaron scored the Knockout of the Night with a dramatic third-round finish of Ryan Jett, following an intense back-and-forth contest that carried over with post-fight tension.

Former BKB Super Welterweight champion Jose Fernandez returned to form with a five-round unanimous decision over debutant Jordan Nash, improving to 4-1 in the promotion.

BKB 41 proved once again that the Trigon delivers unforgettable moments. With rising contenders and returning champions all making statements, the stage is now set for major title fights in the coming months. For more information and future events, visit BKBWorld.tv.
