The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Cleveland Guardians, 7-2, on Monday and improved to 33-21 on the year.
Ahead of the eventual victory, former Dodgers All-Star Chris Taylor found a new home. He made the trip down the I-5 freeway and is now a member of the Los Angeles Angels.
Additionally, Roki Sasaki is finally starting his pitching progression. The phenom will start throwing amid his injured list stint for an impingement in his right shoulder.
Speaking of pitching progressions, Shohei Ohtani provided a major update after throwing his first live batting practice in nearly two years. Although he claimed he wasn’t trying to, the three-time MVP hit 97 mph as he mapped out what the rest of his progression will look like.
