Luis Enrique has granted seven of his key Paris Saint-Germain players a week off as they build up to the Champions League final.
Gianluigi Donnarumma, Marquinhos, Achraf Hakimi, Willian Pacho, Nuno Mendes, Vitinha and Fabian Ruiz have all been told to stay away for seven days while the rest of the squad – including Ligue 1 Player of the Year Ousmane Dembele – have been given three days to rest and recuperate.

PSG wrapped up the Ligue 1 title several weeks ago but their star players still have two major assignments to come: the Coupe de France final and then the clash with Inter Milan in Munich on May 31.
Luis Enrique will field a near reserve side for this weekend’s home game with Auxerre with his first-team squad returning to training prior to the domestic final with Reims a week on Saturday.
The big prize is on offer a week later.
Can PSG finally land game’s biggest club prize?
PSG have never won the Champions League and it has remained tantalisingly elusive despite enormous investment in the club by its Qatari owners.
They go into this year’s final as favourites, though, despite facing an Inter side who knocked out Barcelona over two absorbing semi-final clashes.
Dembele is the man Inter have to stop with the 27-year-old having the best season of his career.
The former Barca forward has contributed 33 goals and 13 assists in all competitions after Luis Enrique moved him to a more central role.
Speaking after winning his award at the weekend, he said: “Playing more centrally puts me at the heart of the game and closer to goal – it’s helped me become more composed in the box.”
